1998 – 2003
From 1998 to 2003 Gerald Henningsen became the managing director of the Parkhotel in which he inconspicuously modernized and expanded the business. The Baroque main building remains nearly unchanged to the present day and behind the beautiful lattice Baroque windows, antiques, art treasures and paintings help keep the traditions and rich history of the past alive.
As our guest you have the choice of either sleeping in a cosy “Rural Baroque” style room, a comfortable room from the Biedermeier period or even a romantic Louis XVI room. As a final note, Napoleon once stayed in room 101.
